Order & Returns Information

The in store order process is very simple. Please browse the store and scan the QR code on the product to view prices and add items to the basket. Once all items have been added to the basket you can checkout using your credit/ debit card, Google and Apple Pay. Once your order has been placed and confirmed it will be processed and passed to the warehouse for picking. The warehouse team will then directly bring your order out to you. We will email you a VAT invoice (all prices displayed are inclusive of VAT).

If you receive your item and you have a query or would like to return the item for a refund then please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist. All returns must be in the original condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. The easiest way to contact us is by email or in store and quoting your order reference number.
